About the Speakers

Steven Kristensen – Rmax Architectural Consultant. Resides in Maryland, covers the East Coast from Virginia up Maine. Steven has been with Rmax for just over a year. However, has been in the construction industry for 13 years with architectural emphasis for 8 years. In his spare time, he spends his time woodworking, playing ice hockey, and camping. Big fan, to his mental detriment, of the New York Rangers, the Atlanta Falcons and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Hal Swisher - Rmax Territory Manager covering MD/DC/VA and residing in Maryland. Hal has been with Rmax since November of 2021. Prior to Rmax, Hal was in the commercial roofing industry for ~3.5 years as a Territory Manager/Technical Service Representative. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his 2 year-old daughter and wife. He’s a big fan of the Washington Capitals, Baltimore Ravens and the Maryland Terrapins.
