International Women's Day Celebration [Philadelphia]

WIA Philadelphia invites you to join us for our annual celebration of International Women's Day! We highlight and support women all year long, but we can't wait to get together on Thursday, March 9th, to commemorate the year behind us and the year ahead!

An evening of perfect pairings awaits us at Brickworks Studio for an in-person tasting of wine and cheese! Sommeliers from local business, the Wine School (https://www.vinology.com/), will tour us through multiple pairings, and before the night ends, we'll toast to a special announcement. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages and light refreshments.  

International Women's Day is a global recognition celebrating the historical, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day invites everyone to envision what a world without gender inequity might look like, and to reflect on what action we can take against gender inequality around the world.
