Ersela Kripa is an Associate Professor, and Associate Vice Provost at Texas Tech University, where she is also the Director the Huckabee College of Architecture – El Paso, and Director of Projects at the research center POST (Project for Operative Spatial Technologies). Ersela is a Registered Architect and founding partner of AGENCY.

Her practice, AGENCY, co-directed with Stephen Mueller, is an architecture and design research practice leveraging spatial design and information to counteract nascent forms of global and urban inequality.
